Shake Shack - Orlando

The food was cold. The fries didnt heat well, not  good at all. Only the meat could be heated on the hamburger because it had lettuce, tomato and condiments. So the bun was still cold when eaten. It was very disappointing especially having to wait longer for it than it takes to pick up, and after paying much more for it. The burger is usually pretty good but ive only eaten in the restaurant. First experience I wouldnt recommend for delivery.

Burger and fries were good. Cheese sauce was thick and looked to be over done. Couldnt dip my fries in it

The best burgers! the truffle burger is the best I've ever eaten. highly recommended

Friendly staff that were helpful explaining the menu to new customers. Food was great, milkshake was great. A little pricy for lunch so won't be a common stop but will be great every once in a while.

This place is incredible with problems left and right. Literally there is an issue with the order every time. Food is missing and yet again a simple two sandwich order came out with one sandwich. Finished with this location and highly recommend others do the same. The manager was kind enough to speak with me and refund but until the employees can be better I’m going to personally go elsewhere.
