Panera Bread - Orlando

If, not a member of their club to get free drinks until Oct31st and employees found a free pastry with registration. Must go after school. I liked seeing young people in a safe place and maybe eating a bite. Wait! They weren't loud and innocent either. Did the ?L really liked? formed layout and the staff were friendly: from age teenagers to 50 .

Been going to Panera for a long time, always happy with the food. This time I did try thier new chicken sandwich and it was good but I typically don't go to panera for that type of meal. But overall always happy with Panera Bread.

No hot water for tea in the hot water tank. Coffee also cold. They put the water in the microwave, but it's not hot yet. And they rushed me during the order, although there was no line.

This restaurant is very clean! And the food tastes good! But they only take cards (no cash), which means that you use the kiosk to order. And the kiosks are hard to use and they need you to map that took me about 12 attempts on average (of 2 visits). The door that was broken last Sunday is still broken, which is a bad look. I had to wait about 10 minutes on a $5 parfait that seems small for $5. It is my first time to order this product. It tastes good. The overall experience is below average. Update one year later 11/21. Last year they have 2 stars. One year later, one star. Today I ordered tomato soup and tried to order a rosin cookie. They were not oatmeal cookies. Don't we have one today? I ordered the soup and paid for it. When I went to the counter to get my soup, they told me they had no tomato soup today (what did I say when I ordered it). So I changed to Thai soup. They didn't. What is the deal?

The food tasted good and the guy preparing food was nice and cut up my son's apple. However, several things went wrong. 1) The woman taking our order asked my son what drink he wanted with his kids meal and she suggested lemonade. I asked whether it came with his meal and I explained I didn't want to buy him one since he had just had a drink before he got there. She listed the things that come with the meal and after he ordered, gave him a cup for a drink. As I had already explained I didn't wish to purchase a drink, I assumed it was included. When I later looked on my receipt, I saw she charged us $2.99 for a drink. I wish I could say that was the full reason for the 2 star review but it goes on from there. 2) My son chose the apple slices to go with his meal. They served him a full apple. While this may seem petty, if you tell me it comes with apple slices, they should be sliced. When I indicated my surprise at there being a whole apple, the guy preparing the food was very nice and cheerfully offered to cut it. There was still some of the core left on it so I cut it myself using the dull butter knife. 3) My son lead me through the dingy outdated restaurant and chose a booth in the corner. It was okay at first until an ant crawled along the top of the table while we were eating. Thankfully my son didn't see it so I quickly wiped it off. It wasn't until he turned to look out the window that he gasped in horror at the large collection of bugs on the ledge behind him. We jumped out of our seats and took our food so I didn't take a picture but the sight is etched in my memory. I hope the day never comes that I am hungry enough to return to this restaurant. If the seating area is this filthy, what do you suppose the cooking area looks like?
