McDonald's Restaurant - Orlando

Literally THE worst McDonald's I've been to. I came three times and every single time they messed my order. Just don't go there !

The managers at this McDonald's r nice and seem to work hard. Sorry I don't remember their names. Plus, this location keeps it clean. Every one wears mask fully unlike some other places. I know it's hard work especially w masks. I go out of my way to go to this McDonald's in Williamsburg vs the one nearest me and my errands because the service, food and employees. Happy Holidays

The girl that took the order never told me the total before heading to the first window. She nodded at me as a way to say thank you. Then the girl on the next window said wait in number 4 without a hello or please or anything like that. After a 11 minutes wait she came out, repeated my order and handed it to me without another word. I haven 't been to McDonald 's in a long time. And if that 's how their customer service has become, then, it 'll probably be another while before I go there again.

One of the best McDonald?s experience I?ve ever had! Came 2 minutes before 11 and was able to choose between the breakfast or lunch. When we got our food, everything was correct (McDonald?s elsewhere normally always messes something up. The staff is friendly, and the food was piping hot! Definitely recommend this location!

Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting and I just wanted to wash my hands. There must be someone in the restaurant that cleanses during a pandemic!
