Maggiano's Orlando

The Host accidentally knocked over a glass of Red Wine which splashed rather heavily on two of my party. We were not mad but, since we were there for a convention (AHR) it was not possible for the articles to be washed as suggested by the manager. She assured us if that didn't work then Maggiano's would pay for dry cleaning; again not easy to accomplish since the show started on Monday and the items were needed. Not quite sure why some kind of compensation was not offered on the spot with a reduction in the price of the meal; free desert; discount for future meals; or even comp the tables meal cost (what I would have done). I guess since we were trying to be reasonable and not making a big fuss, it was assumed less was better. I have taken several clients and colleagues to not only this location but Maggiano's in other locations. This visit was disappointing to say the least. In addition, although we had made a reservation a couple of days before and arrived before the prescribed time, we had a pretty significant wait for a table. Again disappointing. Service was slower than usual, I'm sure because of the crowd. I love the restaurant and the food but, this was a less than stellar evening. I will recommend this restaurant but another sub par visit might change my mind.

We did family style it was awesome. Food was great our server danielle was the best.

Rubbish booked for 7:45 left after waiting 45mins and not getting a table. Front of house woman is flat out rude to customers staff. Have eaten here before and not worth the wait.

Very disappointed we come here a lot we arrived for our 7.30 booking at had a 15minute wait , then spent over 30 mins at our table awaiting our drinks Our server was lovely but we felt so sorry , as you could see the restaurant was really understaffed and he was only one person ? He very kindly without asking us went and got a manager who bought us our first drinks but the time and waiting really took the edge of our dinner .
