Kfc - Orlando

Drive through is a nightmare. Waiting 30 mins and still didn't get served. No communication. Taco bell next door actually has people working there that know what they are doing

They had always done right until today, where they messed up my order and they had enough time to make it right. Chose to wait for dark and original chicken for almost 10 minutes, but still gave me only two pieces of chicken when it was a big box meal andgave me mashed potatoes when I asked for fries.

Everyone was nice to me but I didn't get my complete order, I had to go back and they gave me what was missing, They were busy so I guess they forgot few items.

Second time trying this KFC and my last. First time they couldn 't give me a second bowl because they ran out of chicken strips. How does a chicken restaurant run out of chicken? They also forgot my 2 cookies. Fries were fantastic though and on my drivehome I was thinking about how they could unseat McDonalds as Best Fries. On my second attempt I was looking forward to theFries but was told they ran out of sandwiches. Again, I was very confused. When they handed me my bag I asked, Is everything inhere? Last time you forgot my cookies. to which the employee asked me, Did you even order cookies? Typing this I see how thatcould be insulting and I may lower my score a bit. But I told him not on this order but last time I ordered 2 and received 0.All he did was say uh... Sorry. Have a good night. This time the fries were cold, soggy, and had no flavor. Pitiful crunch aswell all added up to disappointment. So I won 't be returning to this KFC. I 'll stick with Popeyes as I should have done before.
