Izzi Korean Kitchen - Orlando

I had to edit my 5 star rating because I come to this restaurant atleast 1 or 2 times a month, and the last time I came with my family I had a really bad experience. To start, the service on my last visit was very bad. The lady who was calling out the names was rude. There is complimentary kimchi soup and fish soup, however the soups were empty. I asked if the could please bring out more soup and she said no. I asked why not, she said we don't cook soup at this time since it's so close to closing. Now this was extremely frustrating as I visited at 7pm and the restaurant closes at 9:30, and the restaurant was very busy. I explained to her that I usually come at this time and even later, and they have put out fresh soup. She then asked one of the cooks and he rudely said no. Without saying sorry or anything. We chose to dine in instead of take out so that we could grab some of the soup. I paid $25 for my meal as well as my other family members. This was a big disappointment. It's sad that they have lost a long time customer simply because of the customer service. I drive 30mins from the opposite side of town just to dine at your establishment. You need to learn better customer service. You could've simply apologized for the inconvenience but instead you were rude along with your cook. The food is delicious but because of the customer service this establishment has now lost regular customers ?.

First time eating there last night. I got the lean Rangoon, sweet and spicy wings with fries, my girl got the shin soup. 10/10 we will be back for sure. Also tried the bean mochi and the sweet potato cheesecake pastry.Food: 5/5

The food was amazing, and there's so much that we ended up taking some home. Definitely worth the price! Also loved that ordering was through a screen, made things 100% easier. Definitely will come back!Food: 5/5

I order from here on occasion and I have to be honest. NOT ONCE has the food ever been below perfect. Every single serving every single time, SPOT ON. If you like spice and you love a little heat and have never tried Korean, please please try any of the Tteok-Bokki they have. I’ve tried the rose, original, and cheese over time and they’re all amazing! This time I stuck with the original TTEOK-BOKKI and the spam musubi. The spam musubi is the perfect bite for a snack and only $5! So I honestly recommend if you’re in the area and in the mood for a decently priced, spiced, and delicious meal, this is your spot! I would trust anything they make based on my delivery experiences.
