UPDATE The General Manager Antonio contacted me to fix the problem. I am pleased to inform you that he has provided me with the perfect customer service experience. I really appreciate his efforts. I put my order on the phone to pick up. When I arrived, I paid my food and waited for the food to be done. When I was waiting for my food, I noticed there was a deal for the same kind of pizza I ordered. I asked the cashier why I was charged regular price for my pizza when they have a deal. Your answer was... You didn't ask for the deal. My answer was... How can I know about a deal you have on your wall when I'm on the phone? My bill was never corrected and the strange thing is that I even asked why my order was so much and the cashier simply repeated the prices. I've been to this place for years, so I thought I'd take care of my bill. I have been in customer service for years and the most important is the customer. Well, I guess for the Italian village, that's not the case.

Definitely recommend the garden salad and Italian dressing. Loved the toppings on the salad mainly the sautéed mushrooms. My piece of pizza was also very good. The calzone had a lot of bread and filling was just in the middle so not a fav. Will definitely go back. Staff is very friendly

Small Italian pizzeria is located at the intersection of Lake Underhill and Chickasaw in Walmart Strip Mall. Italian Calzone was huge and packed with pepperoni, ham and salami together with Ricotta and Mozzarella. Definitely big enough for two!

The food here is delicious and people are very welcoming. I've never had a problem. And don't misunderstand that I don't post this review to blow it in anyway, just be attentive to the products you sell. I bought pizzas and salads that were great, but the dessert wasn't so much. My chocolate cake had mold on it. I was super upset because my granddaughter had already eaten a piece before I noticed. Suggestion... put a date on your cake when you get them out and check them daily so that this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Ngl this place sucked, my sammy took 30 mins and the fresh mozz was sliced up and unmelted. sandwhich was mids overall
