Ihop - Orlando

This restaurant may be closed or under new management. The customer service is terrible! I ordered food, and when I got home, I realized I was given someone else's order instead of my scrambled eggs with bacon. I obviously didn't eat it. No one answers the phone either. Save your money and go elsewhere! I wish I could give it zero stars.

I can't wait to go back! On my way home from work, I decided to stop by with my colleagues and we enjoyed every dish. A special shoutout to the manager, Kat, for the fantastic customer service. Looking forward to next week, haha!

I ordered the 2x2x2, which came with two eggs, two strips of bacon, and two pancakes. The portion was just right—neither too much nor too little. The server was very friendly, although she had to attend to a large section of the restaurant. We waited about 20 minutes at 9:30 for a table for two. By the time we left around 35 minutes later, it appeared that the waitlist had doubled. Additionally, I haven't seen the redemption code for the new IHOP Pancoins reward program, either for paid or unpaid transactions.

Pros: Food for all, friendly service (Mari was great, friendly, remembered our orders, checked for us often). Cons: regrettable, so food is a little longer than normal, and device problems cause delays. I ordered a Poblano Omlete with Tres Leches pancakes. The meal as a whole was delicious. Here, too, Mari has done an extraordinary job to make sure we take care of it. She even told us what was going on in the kitchen. My food came out hot, I had just wished that the Poblano Omlete was a little more spicy, but there is only so much that you can appeal to a general audience. Overall, it was a good experience.

The best breakfast I've had at an IHOP in a while....clearly this will be the place we visit when traveling through town...staff friendly and courteous...clean restaurant...quick service even when its busy...the best part was the food...hot and fast .....definitely deserves more stars
