Haven - Orlando

We had brunch there on New Year’s Day, we were only one of about 5 tables there at 11am. It took 30 minutes to even place our order, then the coffee cup and creamer container had nastiness on it. I had to ask 3x to get my coffee refilled. Food Took >45min to arrive, I asked for salt and pepper and never got it (I had eggs that were unseasoned). The price for what you get is outrageous. Highly DO NOT recommend.

We went for their NYE event. Food was delicious and our server was very nice. Beautiful decor and great music.

The appetizers took more thank 30 minutes to arrive

Our food was delicious, the ambiance was awesome, the violinist was great and the staff were attentive. What we didn't like and why we rated it a 4 is that we did not appreciate how rude a manager was speaking to a server next to our table. I understand that NYE was stressful for many restaurants however, that was uncalled for.

When we arrived, we sat on a high (unfortunate) table in the bar area. I noticed that there were several tables (normal height) in the area next to us. I was told they had a reservation. I replied I had a reservation. She said she would see what she could do. then the waitress came to our bar table, I told her we asked to move. they said we couldn't do that because tabular servers were assigned and they had to check with this server to see if we could change. we were finally placed on a table with a bench seat that I asked with 4 chairs for the table. we sat at the table with chairs. bottom line, I was extremely unhappy with the repulsion I received just trying to get a table that was obviously available, so the 4 stars. we were there to celebrate the birthday of our daughters and their restaurant staff gave us a negative start to our celebration. the food was excellent. I would give her chef and his kitchen 5 stars.
