So I did my best to explore Orlando cuisine far and wide. I have heard that this place has some of the best food in the Middle East in the city. At least after the fine readers of Orlando Weekly. So I took some friends and took the long trek to Hiawassee and checked it. I come to this place, and I only see delicious food displayed everywhere behind the glass. There's nothing better than watching the spine sticks in their backs get ready to be eaten by me. I check the menu and weight my options, knowing I want a little of everything. I decide to get the cook plater for 2-3 persons (Hähnchen Kabob, Shish or Kafta Kabob, Hummus, Tabouli, Grape Leaves (V) Falafel. Served with garlic sauce Pita bread). And because I wanted to, I also got the Chicken Shawarma Platter (Marinated Chicken Breasts Roasted Slowly On A Spit, And Cut In Thin Slices). I mean, everything was good. All right. The Kabobs were great. Charged for perfection and not dried out. Don't just eat them off the floor. You have to take a piece of meat with the pita, dip it into the hummus, maybe a small garlic sauce, a piece of pimple above. Basically, I'll tell you to make your hands dirty and play with your food. This kind of kitchen is so much fun for it. The hummus was better than anything you can buy in a store. Mega creamy, and Teeming with spices. The Falafel was crispy on the outside and soft and chewing, like a Lebanese Hush puppy. And the Pita bread was so soft, so tearable, and the perfect vessel for me to make dozens of small sandwiches with several flavor combinations. All right. The Shawarma was also excellent. The first time I ever had Shawarma, which is surprising as I saw the Avengers as in 2012 again. Very tasteful. This was a bit dry, but hey, all meat that is so grilled can be dry. That's why we invented sauces. And Tabuli and hummus and rice and pickles. Very good stuff. Overall, I really loved this place. I was not sure how I liked the Lebanese focus with the foods that were easier in the Middle East, but everything I tried here was really excellent. The staff was super friendly and made me welcome. I'm here one day.
In this place I have eaten the best Arab food in a long time, I highly recommend it, the flavors, the freshness in everything and apart from the very good prices
