I recently visited Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ and was highly impressed by the quality of their food and service. I use to go to a lot of these type restaurants when I lived in Japan. This restaurant is identical to those I'm accustomed to in Japan. Yes it's pricey but for all you can consume it's great. All the meats are great and the garlic fried rice is to die for.

Every time my family (5-7 people) comes to this restaurant, we encounter the same issue with the seating policy – if your entire party isn't present, they won't seat you. Even if we have reserved a table, they still insist on following this rule. It would be more reasonable for the restaurant to understand that a slight delay of 10-15 minutes for a couple of people shouldn't prevent the rest of the group from being seated and ordering. This rigid policy seems more focused on maximizing profits rather than providing good customer service. Despite these frustrations, the quality of the food remains excellent and the servers are always friendly.
