Fratellos Pizza - Orlando

My boyfriend and I order from here regularly, however, lately we have been having issues and for the we shell out, is becoming unacceptable. One time the driver forgot our 2 liter, I had to call about this and they actually asked if I stillwanted it and it seemed like an issue for someone to bring it out. Needless to say, by the time we received it, we had eatenalready as we didn?t want things to get cold. Tonight we had an issue with them not being able to find my apartment. This hasbeen a reoccurring problem on several occasions and me not being able to speak Spanish seems to cause even more issues whentrying to convey where we are. I was speaking to a male and a female was talking loudly in the background, my boyfriend had togo outside to find them and two people were in the vehicle-just odd. The pizza was lukewarm and I don?t think we will beordering from here again.

We have ordered pizza, wings, a sub and a calzone and everything has been delicious!! Portions are generous and they pay attention to special requests.

Yuck! 1st time ordering and it's disgusting. Nasty sweet tomato paste for sauce. Definitely won't order again.

Just mixed to this side of town and was looking for a real pizza spot. A really good NY style pizza. I've found it. It was really good! And the people are so nice! Definitely a spot I'll be getting familiar with.
