Fortuna Bakery Cafe - Orlando

Going to check this place out I always drive by and I never stop... Today is the day to try something new. I got 3 items. It was Good... But... Not a fan of the baked chicken empanada. I like my empanada out of the deep fryer with all that flavorful goodness. I really enjoyed ? this Panoleta Guava Cheese. It was like a XL Guava Cheese Pastries. The coffee was good ?.

This is the best bakery in central FL and I always make a point to go in person or order from them when I visit. We ordered a dozen empanadas to go for New Years. They have the baked ones but we got the traditional corn ones, half with chicken filling and half with beef filling. We asked for extra ají and they gave us a whole bag full. My family also regularly gets the almojábanas and roscón with either arequipe and guava filling. Their breads are all amazing and made throughout the day so typically no matter what time you go in you can get them fresh. The staff that work at this location and the other two locations are so friendly and helpful, and all speak Spanish.

This place has the best caramel waffle cakeeeee for life. It's soooo tasty and crispy. Not too sweet and it hits in every possible way.It tends to sell out so don't miss out and get it before it's gone

So my other half is in Hunters Creek. Lots of Columbian food to be had around here. This place? Wow! Start with the service? Clean inside and busy. Well staffed. I counted at least 5 behind the counter. A line, but went fast. Pick what you need and ready before you reached cash register. Food? Amazing. Nothing I didn't like. Pastries, sausage, cheesecake, bread is what we ordered, but their cakes look amazing! Think special occasion because these look top notch. Coffee, of course. I didn't sample today, but the smell alone got they do it right. My partner frequents here often. If you like fresh baked goods? Sample here! This place is a gem. I know my next Birthday cake will definitely be from here! Our bites? Guava and cheese pastries, amazing. Cheese bread? Filled with mozzarella, so fresh and delicious.
