Dunkin' - Orlando

My experience with the donuts here was quite disappointing. Typically, sweets are so delicious that you can't wait to return when a craving strikes, but I won’t be coming back for frosted donuts. I really love donuts, but this time just didn’t cut it.

The restaurant closes too early, and the ice blender is frequently out of service. It would be great if they could stay open until at least 9 PM.

Another five minutes passed before someone else came to help us. This employee didn’t offer an apology for the wait. When we tried to order a chorizo wrap, she simply shook her head no, leaving my husband and me confused about why it was okay to respond to a customer like that. When I asked if it was sold out, she confirmed it was. We placed our order and then requested two small cups of water. When we received our drinks, they were in large cups. My husband kindly asked if we could switch to small cups, and Sonia reacted with a displeased look and said, “You don’t want these?” My husband explained that we requested small cups for our young children, and she rolled her eyes and begrudgingly agreed. We then waited an additional 15 minutes in the store, with a line of eight people waiting to place orders. The staff was running around aimlessly, including the manager, while one employee at the drive-thru window simply stood there, staring at everyone and even using his phone. Finally, we received our food, but two items were missing. My husband was so frustrated that he decided to let it go, and we all left. I’m not sure if this is a corporate location or a franchise, but it’s truly the worst, especially considering it’s in Lake Nona.

I Haven 't Been To a Dunkin Donuts In a Long Time. I Decided To Go Because I Wanted a Bagel. I Ordered a Bagel With Extra Cream Cheese. The Amount Of Cream Cheese On My Bagel Was Sufficient But I Did Request That They Cut The Bagel In Half. I Was Told We 're Not Allowed To Cut It... We Don 't Have a Knife To Cut It ... It 's Not a Sandwich, It 's a Bagel. Asking For a Bagel To Be Cut In Half Is Not Unheard Of. The Fact That They 're Not Allowed To Cut The Bagel After They 're Made Is Preposterous. This Is Why I Stopped Going To Dunkin In The First Place.

Ordered through the app twice now and both times order was not even close. The first time “manager” reluctantly gave me refund and second time no refund. If you call this location number is disconnected. Definitely do not do business here.
