Unfortunately many companies have to close due to poor administration or lack of professionalism of their employees. I tried to buy a coffee at 3:40 pm in this place and the only employee was having a social life with a client friend and after waiting more than 5 minutes she would attend me; she told me that it was closed because she was going to clean ? u200domg. If the service is going to be so bad, then it should definitely close and not ruin the service of these stores anymore

Wow this lady at the register was awful!!She looks miserable and says things like..“Yes, that is what I asked you”I’ll be too scared to come back

Bad customer service, the only employee there seems unhappy, she definitely needs another job.

They don’t deserve any star, if you want eat donuts never buy here, because never have donuts, the “ladies” on front counter wasn’t affordable, she doesn’t offer solutions or any other choice

Disgusting. Stopped to buy donuts on my way out of BJ’s. They have a fan coated with layers of dust and it is pointing at the donuts. If the fan is that bad, what does the kitchen look like? I will never purchase from this location again.
