Domino's Pizza - Orlando

I ordered a pizza and arrived to pick it up 20 minutes later, but ended up waiting 55 minutes in the store. There were about seven other people also waiting for their pizzas, and I had only ordered a single medium pepperoni. It was frustrating to see others who had placed their orders after mine receiving their pizzas before me. I ended up standing there for an entire hour before finally getting my pizza.

This location is terrible. They consistently fail to prepare food on time. I received a notification from the app saying my order was ready, but when I arrived at the store, they hadn't even started making it. I ended up waiting about 15 minutes before they finally began working on my pizza.

I received a medium pizza that was soggy and greasy. Thankfully, I only buy pizza once a year. It was quite disappointing. I just hope I can handle it without any issues. Next year, I definitely won't be ordering from Domino's again.

I am a frequent customer and I like the service and the pizza is very good, I also use the app and I have won several free pizzas and desserts I love it!

I’m giving a positive rating because this location has made positive improvements in the food quality and service in the past year. They still have their shortcomings, but credit is due at least.
