Chipotle Mexican Grill - Orlando

I ordered a steak salad and didn't even get a bowl of me. I can't eat it and hers? Customer service? by robots is terrible. I loved the order of Chipotle, but this is not the first time that this happened so it will definitely be the last for me.

Had an online order for a Burrito and they gave me a Burrito bowl. Still good food, but it's not what I ordered and I don't go all the way back for a tortilla

Never back to this place!!! I stopped the night before my flight and the cashier girl was rude AF when I asked for a straw for my drink that she rolled her eyes and said we had a good night. It was ridiculous! My steak bowl had hardly any salad and rice on it bc they worked on empty containers the bag of salad was there, but they didn't even open it to add more and my queensadilla looked more like a burrito! Don't worry to come here

I have a bowl of white rice, black beans, Carnitas, Fajita vegetables, mild salsa, corn, sour cream and cheese. I often come to this place for lunch and they always give good portions. The food is also well prepared and the restaurant is clean. The staff was also the most pleasant chip staff I've ever experienced. However, I ordered here for dinner once and it wasn't the same story, probably because dinner is more busy.

This location always has my online order done on time. The staff is super kind. And I kid you not the chicken is seasoned so darn good. Good job guys. So glad I moved to this area.
