Chick-fil-a - Orlando

This was our first time trying out Chic-Fit-a and we can see why they are so popular. The waffle fries were fresh and both sandwiches were delicious. I ordered the spicy option, which was a bit too hot for me, but they had Texas Pete hot sauce on the side. We will certainly be returning.

This restaurant in Dr. Phillips is one of my favorite go-to spots! They offer indoor seating, a classic indoor playground, curbside pickup, and a drive-thru. The atmosphere is clean and well-run, with super polite and friendly staff that you would expect from this brand. The food is always delicious, whether you're there for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Hey its Chic fi la.....it never disappoints!However on this visit. The young lady that was taking our order was new, she had only been there less than a week. I 'm guess this person came out to reprimand her in the middle of taking our order. The young lady was moving from car to car, but was being accused of taking orders not in sequence....which was kinda impossible to do. The person was accusing her of going into the parking lot taking orders from cars not in the line. No...she was not because we were watching her as she made her way to our car. This was very jarring to see this Mgr reprimand this young lady new on the job....not very my pleasure ....kinda upsetting. After being scowled the young lady came back to complete our order.....of course she was frazzled. She completed out order with a smile. By the time we got our order, pulled to the side to distribute the food to everyone in the car we saw someone I 'm guessing was mgr/crew lead come out and take her safety jacket and order pad.Very disturbing....not a happy place today??The food was great. But the experience was NOT pleasant! That 's sad ?!

We order on the line we wanted to raise to the breakfast. as we go into the street, our eating came hot and fresh, but they forget one of our drinks, but we went back to the inside to get it. I feel that whoever needs the pick-up orders they really need to check the bags before they send out the order and that goes also for insider orders, except that they have some great food.

Read my order back to me made my sandwich wrong. When I went inside to let them know after they had waited 11 minutes for my food, they asked me where my reception was while I had the sandwich in my hand and then fought with me over a piece of American cheese. they were absolutely rudely traded as if it were a total inconvenience to regain my sandwich, did not even ask me about a name for my order, I will never return to this place again.
