Ben Jerry's - Orlando

Charming and friendly staff! The chocolate flavors here are the best I've ever tasted! We were strolling around Mainevent and the cinemas when we discovered this place. The girl at the counter was making fresh waffles, and my son, who loves waffles, went in to ask if they sold them. She patiently explained that they offered waffle cones, which also taste incredible. My kids can be a handful, but they both started exploring the flavors and checking out the shop before making a decision. The staff member was so patient while handling our order; she's truly one of the few who brings real magic to customer service! Kudos to her! I had the toffee flavor, and I ordered Vanilla Chocolate for the kids. I also learned about the Ben & Jerry's Foundation while I was there. It's a bit pricey, but definitely worth it!

My kids can be quite a handful, but they both eagerly began looking at the different flavors and exploring the shop before making their choices. While the prices might be a little on the higher side, the experience is definitely worth it!

The staff at this place is incredibly friendly. They clearly know the ingredients in each ice cream flavor. My kids were having a hard time choosing and wanted to try some samples, and the staff was more than happy to help, which is very refreshing. The ice cream consistently looks fresh and tastes incredible. The interior is tidy, and there's always a delightful aroma inside. This has become our favorite spot whenever we're in the area.

The ice cream was obviously wonderful and my waffle bowl dipped in chocolate was amazing. It was just a shame that only a girl worked on a busy Friday night. Waiting was good as I was with friends, but I know it's kind of sucking to be the one who works this situation and has to go between food and money.

A huge thank you to the young man working here tonight at closing. I'm chaperoning a yearbook convention across the street. My kids were at a movie and my young and (ornery) son was with me waiting to pick them up. All he wanted was chocolate ice cream which they didn't have. He settled on vanilla with mini M&Ms but he didn't like it. He said he wished he could just have some M&Ms and the young man working gave him a little cup of them. It made his night. Thanks again!!
