Applebee's Grill - Orlando

Very disappointed with the meal. I ordered carry out and everything was cold when I received it. Part of my meal was missing. Tenders were hard as a brick. I called to explain the issue, staff was unprofessional. Manager, Brittany, was very unprofessional and didn't offer to fix my order. She hung up the phone while I was talking to her. They blame the temperature of the food on the delivery driver/service. It took over an hour and a half for the food to get to me. Do not eat at this location, on S. Orange Ave. The one near the airport is much better. Better cooks, better quality food and better customer service.

Back at Applebee's again so tonight we were treated by Blue Sapphire once more and you guessed it tonight's color was blue.

On January 29th 2024 I went in to have dinner and drinks as it was a rough day, upon walking in the hostess asks if we needed two kids menus, I looked around as our party only had one child. Confused I said no and the woman started laughing loudly and disrespectfully. Realizing she confused me for a child, I giggled it off hoping she would stop laughing, however she laughed even harder when she noticed I was visibly getting upset. She laughed all the way to our table, embarrassing me in front of my party and my son. Hopefully this woman receives some sort of training in the near future as the incident could’ve ended very differently had I not kept my composure. Do better.

Brittany L was a fantastic server. Polite and attentive. A extremely old woman came in shortly after me and was immediately very rude to the waitress. Brittany was coming half the restaurant but still was very polite and understanding with the aggressive woman. Even after the lady swore at her she kept her cool. All servers should have the composure of Brittany.

I only go here for a drink every now and then. Bartenders ate on point and the drinks are good.
