Red Robin Gourmet Burgers - Orland Park

Always a good firm burger. We had a small mix with our order, but our waitress and the staff there were excellent to make sure everything was corrected. Very personal they were busy so we waited a little longer, but we knew they were busy and nothing about it. Kudos to them because they are so good at such a busy night.

I've been going to Red Robin for years and I've always loved her burgers. Always thick with a big crust. We went there Saturday and I ordered my favorites for my free birthday Burger. When it arrived, the medium was cooked on request, but that was all right. The burger was HALF the thickness and no crust, only soft meat without taste. Seriously no taste at all. My husband had a chicken sandwich he said was good and the fries were delicious as usual. I would have sent the burger back, but there was only one waitress (she was great) and two others that we saw that the food came out, and it just didn't seem worth it. I wanted a nice lunch with my husband, not he was eating when I was eating. I'm not going back. They are known for their burgers and they are not even close as before. Prices rose and quality/quantity decreased. No winning combination.

The food tastes good, but whatever it's done makes me and my husband sick so we don't come back unfortunately.

Had a great experience here today. They seemed to be very short staff, but they treated it well. One server looked like he worked all the tables to protect him. We have our food fast. I have a pack. We also ordered Mac and cheese, corn dogs, pommes and a burger and all were happy with their food!

Update: Visited again on a Tuesday in the early evening with my family. Kids all had kids meals with bottomless drinks and fries. Kiosks with games for the kids are a nice diversion before food arrives. Service was fast. Food was good. Place was a bit cleaner than my visit here a month ago. Service was very good. Thank you. I haven 't been here for over 7 and before kids. Visited on a Thursday with my 5 and 6 year old sons. They really enjoyed the game kiosk with the free games. Bottomless sweet potato fries and regular fries are always a nice bonus. Burgers were 'okay '. Service was very good. Place needs a deep clean. Layers of dust on the light fixtures were a little off-putting. Hope to come back and find it a little cleaner.
