Pizza Hut - Orland Park

I ordered online 2 pizzas for delivery to me. a pizza was wrong. the guy was over when I saw the mistake. I called the orland pizza hat and the nice woman made it right. one because later was another pizza at my door. great experience. ppl makes mistakes. I understand. to the people.

Pizza was overcooked and very dry. I was disappointed. I deserve a refund.

Food was ready when I arrived. Good customer service.

After a long day, I called to inquire about delivery and Alex was helpful and very patient. Alex gave suggestions and offered several options which made my decision easy. Thank you for your patience Alex! Great customer service!
