When celebrating a birthday, be sure to include it in the reservation. The service was excellent, and the birthday boy felt truly special.

The service was excellent, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. The prices were very reasonable, and the food was tasty!

The restaurant was not as clean as I had expected. The service was slow; even though it was busy, it felt slower than usual. The food was not nearly as good as I remembered from my previous visits. It's been about four years since I last dined there, and it felt like the restaurant had become "run down." It just wasn't as well-maintained and beautiful as it used to be.

Not good eating, serving small and very dry, barely a sauce on the whole dinner we bought. very disappointed. the waiter was great, grateful. don't go back to the orland park P.F change. brook 100% better

Made a reservation for a certain time,they checked us in and took care of 5 other people and forgot about us until i had to point it out that we got there before them,no apology from hostess either.
