Noodles And Company - Orland Park

Not only is the food amazing the staff is so nice and polite. I have never been to Noodles Co like this. They were so amazing props to the manager and the staff. My food was hot. It was perfect. The staff was so nice to be around or attitudes were great. I highly recommend if you’re gonna go to Noodles Co go to this one.

I'm sorry but the food was disgusting, I would give a picture. But I just had to spit it out because everything about the salad was not good. All I got was a Chicken ceaser salad. I've gotten one before from a different location but this location was just horrible, the salad tasted so gross, the chicken didn't even taste like chicken more like tofu and had a bad smell to it. The salad was not fresh. I tried to continue eating it but just got so horrible I couldnt proceed.

I normally love Noodles Co, and I’ve had it in multiple states but at this location the food lacked flavor and quality. My daughter is almost 3 and she wouldn’t eat her Mac n cheese until I put salt on it at home and her broccoli side was undercooked and still slightly hard. (She did love the rice crispy and the apple juice! My Japanese noodle bowl also lacked flavor with very little seasonings and the steak was very overdone and quite chewy. The udon noodles itself were ok there was very little sauce in the bowl which made the dish very dry to eat with the overdone steak. Basically the only thing I enjoyed with my bowl was the small baguette piece that I paid $1.75 for. I have no quarrel with the service the ladies were very nice, but the food 100% lacked the flavor and quality I have come to know and love at other locations, especially after spending $20+ for a lunch. I am frankly just disappointed and wish I ordered elsewhere.

Even tho there was only 3 people working one of them was moving at the speed of corpse . 20min wait for Mac and cheese on an almost empty restaurant. Also $15.00 dollars for Mac and cheese and a soda ,,, what is this ?

Thought I would try this place for my lunch break. What a mistake. 30 minutes gone by and still didn't have food. Ended up having to leave with no food so I wasn't late. I'll go anywhere else on Lagrange from now on except
