Kfc - Orland Park

Another disappointing experience at KFC. Our local KFC isn't great, so we decided to try one about 40 minutes away, but we definitely won't be making that trip again or ordering KFC in the future. The ham was dry, the famous biscuits were tasteless, and one of our meals was missing two sides. When I called to inquire about the missing items, no one answered the phone. The service was lacking, unfriendly, and rushed, even though it didn’t seem to be a busy time. It's a shame, as we have fond memories of enjoying delicious meals at KFC.

I had the worst experience at this restaurant. The chicken they served was dried out and seemed old. It was disappointing since they were able to bring it to me so quickly. I would recommend looking for other places if you want to enjoy good chicken.

During my last two visits, I was informed that they didn't have the original ticket. I wonder how that could happen at KFC?

Simple imer order and they gave us cole Slav instead of mac cheese. it was not busy when we went in to order so that was not the problem to get the order wrong. two times when we came home and they never answered. the bun was good, the kartoffels were so salty that they could not be, they were star of the meal. at $28.00 these were some expensive cookies! check their order before they leave the restaurant.

Terrible service!!!!I stopped by to make an order and was told I had to make the order 48 hours ahead of time?!!!!!Don’t recommend them at alll!!!!
