Jimmy John's - Orland Park

Always good. This location was very clean and the staff was friendly.

The food is always great, always on the higher end of the Jimmy John's spectrum. The staff are very friendly, and will always work with you to resolve any issues you have. My one complain is the delivery while only living about 1.5 miles away, the delivery is always 25+ minutes. Overall though, the food and service is great, so I can't complain too much it still beats a 45 minute pizza delivery by a landslide.

On 9/21/22 at 12 o'clock I submitted an order by doordash, which showed that this location accepted delivery orders. after my order I get a call from a white man who tells me they don't have a driver and I'd have to pick up my order. I am at work and my whole foundation to put the order by doordash is because the workers have not answered first. I told the worker, I would not be able to pick up this order, he said, then they need to call doordash customer service to get their money back, I said that there is job to cancel the order by doordash to let them know that they can not fulfill the order. I told the worker why they show that they accept delievery orders on doordash if they are not, he tells me that they “forget” to turn it off. I then telephone with the ignorant white female worker who shouts: “I don’t care if you get your money back, that’s not my problem,” she continued to hang in my face. I called back and got the name of the ignorant woman who is kayla when they even tell the truth. if this is how this place deals with problems I would never recommend to get someone even a free cup of water from them. the ignorant white woman must be fired as she speaks with the customers, I will make sure that I complain until they get rid of this legitimate ignorant woman. I hope she sees this, because I will call next sweetheart as a company.

Yall got some miserable workers in there who wanna f up orders and not listen to changes. Mfs dont even say hello back
