Andy's Frozen Custard - Orland Park

The service was incredibly friendly. I ordered a butter pecan concrete with a few minor changes (I replaced the hot fudge with butterscotch), and I absolutely loved it. It tastes a hundred times better than a Blizzard! Plus, the vanilla custard is sweeter than the chocolate flavor.

I always have a wonderful experience here! The service is reliably fast, and the custard is consistently delicious. My only issue is that when it gets busy, seating can be limited, and there aren't any tables available. Aside from that, everything is excellent. They only got our order wrong once, but it was an extra item, and we didn't mind it at all.

A blonde woman shut the window on us and laughed while informing us they were closed, even though it was still 15 minutes before their official closing time. This was quite disappointing and unprofessional. On the other hand, the rest of the staff were wonderful. I wish I had noted her name so you would know who to steer clear of.

Initially, I wasn't entirely satisfied with the balance between the toppings and the ice cream. I believe that every bite should have an equal amount of each ingredient. However, after finishing my dessert, my perspective changed (day 1). Once the ice cream was gone, I was left with a delicious mix of brownies, hot fudge, caramel, and pecans, which was absolutely delightful. The staff were wonderful and incredibly friendly! Thank you for the fantastic dessert and the excellent service!

Quicker than Jimmy John's, and the staff are really nice too! I tried the ooey gooey dish, and it was fantastic!
