Belsair - Orkney Islands

This is a fantastic local hotel and bar with very friendly staff, excellent food, and great prices.

After many attempts, I finally managed to visit THE BELSAIR. This isn't because it wasn't open, but rather because it was closed whenever I was available to go. The venue struck me as beautiful and well-maintained. Inside, it looks renovated and very clean. I came with my in-laws for a Sunday meal, where they offered a self-service option. This included a wide variety of dishes and the first drink for only £14.95. I actually tried a little bit of everything because I wanted to taste it all and also to write about it here. I had chicken, pork, beef, rice, vegetables, lasagna, mashed potatoes, sausage roll, and several other things I can't quite remember. Everything was great. I could have gone for seconds, but I just couldn't fit anything else in. Well, yes, a lemon dessert. To drink, I ordered a pint of Scottish beer. I highly recommend this place. I really enjoyed it. By the way, we found out about the food from the local newspaper.

I had a wonderful experience during my first visit to the restaurant. The atmosphere was relaxed, making it easy to enjoy my meal. The food was well-prepared and flavorful. Just the right amount of salt!

The staff is lovely and friendly, and the food is fantastic. It's a wonderful place to relax, socialize with others, and indulge yourself a little. xx
