Since I can remember I have been a fan of cakes and my place of reference for cakes had always been the city of Córdoba, but times pass and nothing is the same forever, so in my search for a good cake I came across super tortas Orizabeñas, without a doubt currently the best in the region. Generous portion of delicious and well-seasoned pork served with French fries, lettuce and its bolillo. The only thing that can be criticized is that although they offer a variety of chiles and pickled onions, I would like to see a salsa picada or a chipotle salsa.
