Panera Bread - Orion charter Township

I have been to this restaurant four times in the past month. They were out of bread twice and soup twice. Today, more than half of their menu items were sold out by 1 o'clock, they only accepted card payments, and there was a long line with only one iPad to place orders. I am a fan of Panera Bread, but I am not sure why this location is struggling so much.

Wait 30 minutes for a pick-up order that would have come ten. then home and had completely wrong order. it was pretty busy what I understand waiting a little longer, but 30 minutes is crazy and for everything wrong when it says on the bag what their order is. the half of the items on the mobile order menu was not available, which is also regrettable. would definitely recommend checking their order before they leave now

Be aware, they use meerrettich on their steak and bee. panera always has something good to offer. broccoli cheddar suppe and her tomaten bisque are simply amazing. they also have many options so they can always find something good and it is quite healthy

They can count on experiencing a kind of problem at this location. slow, wrong, missing items, dirty, restless, etc. it is panera, but, so chances are good taste when they try hard enough.

This review is regarding the Auburn Hills location. (Baldwin and I-75)The bathrooms were horrific! I'm sure the employees use this bathroom too so they can not excuse themselves to not knowing. The manager was clearly burned out, and I overheard her say to an employee don't bother answering that phone, I don't have time for whoever that is Mind you..it was the store phone. The order I received was correct but I was leary to eat it. I love Panera and a thorough cleaning needs to be done.
