Tim Hortons - Orillia

I was disappointed to find that there were no gluten-free options available at this restaurant. The staff seemed unaware of what gluten-free meant when I inquired. Additionally, they got my coffee order wrong; I simply asked for plain black coffee. Overall, my experience was frustrating due to the lack of dietary accommodations.

The service was great, but there was no toilet paper in the women's restroom, so my girlfriend had to bring her own.

Waited 15 minutes in line to be told the coffee shop didn’t have coffee beans so everything we wanted to order wasn’t available. Americano, red eye iced cap and espressos. Staff member very rude and borderline aggressive. Bagel was hot and tasty however.

Horrible service indoors, they prioritize the drive through. Made me wait 10+ mins for a simple coffee
