Royal Oak Restaurant - Orillia

This restaurant has not gone to be open for sit down service since COVID . They do takeout or delivery. We got our take out food and brought it home. It is good and my husband likes the sweet and sour ribs the best of nay other one in Orillia. Prices are decent too.

Great tasty old school Chinese food. The Tai Dop Voy and Vegetable Lo Mein had a wonderful sauce and were done just right. There's nothing fancy here like dim sum, just great classics. Take out only this time and can't wait to come back to enjoy the vintage restaurant when it reopens.

I love Royal Oak! The food is terrific and the staff are helpful and kind. We've been going here for years and it's always a great experience. And there's a discount if you pay cash. I'd highly recommend Royal Oak!

Called for delivery, the tasty hot food came to our hotel within half an hour. Requested beef with mushroom, snow peas, peppers and broccoli, they made this specially and did not charge for extra veggies. Had the house special fried rice and hit and sour soup, everything was great, thoroughly recommend this restaurant.

Worst Chinese food Ive ever had. Dry and tasteless rice, dry chicken with watery sauce Beef tenderloin was very chewy and not tender.
