McDonald's - Orillia

My experience at this drive-thru was fantastic! The food was hot, the service was friendly and fast. Isn't that what McDonald's is supposed to be? Overall, everything was great during this trip. Thank you to the staff for a great experience.

My usual experience at this restaurant is usually consistent, but customer service can be slow. This is typically not a problem during busy times, but with only three people in the drive-through at 8:00, my dad and I waited a long time for just two ice cream cones. The person next to us, who arrived after we did, had their order taken first. After voicing our frustration, we were asked to leave the line. It felt like we were being treated unfairly, as we believed we should have been served first.

The staff at this restaurant are unfriendly and rude. The fries are consistently served cold, and when I mentioned they were barely warm, the staff member gave me a strange look and walked away without offering to replace them.

Absolutely atrocious. I get you guys can be busy, but 27 minutes is a bit ridiculous. Like I could go to Wendy's and then burger king and then dominoes, order all my food, eat it all and then by the time I get back to McDonald's my meal is still 10 minutes away from being finished. Discusting.

On the way home from the trailer we stopped here. I expected a long wait as it was the end of a long weekend.But non of the machines have us receipts with our order numbers. The younger looking workers eventually starting saying the order items, but an older looking man/manager told us all that we should have looked at the screen to get our number. He was extremely rude about it.
