Flippin, Eggs - Orillia

Upon entering the restaurant, the hostess instructed us to choose our own seats and wait for service. Unfortunately, we waited for 20 minutes without being acknowledged. Feeling ignored, we decided to leave and find another restaurant nearby. The new place provided better service, lower prices, and more appetizing food. While I don't have any personal vendetta against the first restaurant, our experience was extremely disappointing. It seemed to be a simple case of miscommunication or an inexperienced waitress not attending to her designated area. Perhaps they have made improvements since our visit, but based on the restaurant's track record, I have my doubts. However, I have heard positive reviews about their service from others who were lucky enough to be served.

I recently had breakfast at this restaurant and it was a terrible experience. The food was unappetizing and way overpriced. We paid nearly $40 for two breakfasts that we couldn't even finish. The service was also lacking - we were served our food and then completely ignored for the rest of the meal. The meat tasted almost spoiled and the Monte Cristo sandwich was completely wrong. I had high hopes for this place, but unfortunately it did not meet my expectations. I hate to be so negative, but the food was truly terrible. The sausage was burnt and shriveled, and the bacon tasted spoiled. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. I left feeling disappointed and regretful about spending money there.

I enjoy eating a lot, perhaps too much. Can never seem to finish everything.

Service is always timely and the food comes quickly and fresh. we decided to book our private Christmas function here. the owner was very flexible and worked with us to create a festive menu, buffet style. he also allowed us to decorate before the event. it was so successful, we decided to book for the next year. highly recommended for breakfast and private events.

Great breakfast. would definitely go back. stay almost every time on the way north. owner is very hospitable and friendly. great prices too. genuine eating unprocessed meat for sandwiches!
