Red Lobster - Orem

I drove home from a long drive and I was starving but I didn't want to make anything or have fast food. I was in the mood for fried fish so I ordered from the app the Fish Fridays for $15. The fries and slaw were as expected ? excellent!! The fish seemed to be minced and very thin. That was the first time that Red Lobster disappointed?. I won't order ? Friday again. You could have at least fried up the cheaper but better Tilapia However, the server was wonderful and fast so kudos to her?.

I haven't been here in over a year since before I was pregnant and had my baby! But oh my, it was so amazing to be back! I love there crab! And macaroni and cheese and baked potatoes with toppings! It's just such a fun place to go every once in a while!

We were so disappointed about this experience. We were so excited for lobster fest. We both ordered lobster tail and steak and upgraded all our sides. But, they took sooo long to bring us our food, and then by the time they did our steaks were completely over done and dry! Our server knew they were overdone and offered to take them back, but then went on to say that because it took so long the first time she didn't know how long before a new one would be done. So we ate them as is. The sides we upgraded were delicious, but when you end up spending $140 for just 2 people I expect my main course to be amazing and it was a fail.Also, our server did not refill our drinks very often and when I asked for more bread she didn't bring any until 30 minutes later. Again they may have been a kitchen thing, but she could have come and told us if it was. So sad.

We came to eat with our family for a nice meal. Shortly after we were seated, they sat a couple and THEIR DOG next to us. They proceeded to have the dog sit on the bench and eat out of her hands. Later on they did call and try to make things right with us.

If you want to eat lobster, be prepared because they serve it to you (fresh) before serving it they give you to choose your live lobster, and they also have good combos. What I didn't like is that the atmosphere is very dark, the lights are very dim and above all they take longer than usual to give you your dishes. You have to book on the website otherwise you will have to wait 30 minutes or until someone has not arrived on time.
