Pizza Hut - Orem

Ordered one of the new Melts nearly 24 hours in advance. 9 minutes before I was supposed to pick it up (7:15pm) I got a call from Pizza Hut, but the call hung up before I could answer it. I tried calling back and ended up waiting on hold for 15 minutes with a central call center that ended up hanging up on me after that much time. Called me to say they didn’t have stuffed crust, then offered no substitutions.

These people don't answer their telephone. When they do answer their phone they just turn around and hang up on you, LOL

I ordered delivery through the Pizza Hut website. About an hour after I placed my order, I called the store and asked for the status of my order. They told me that my order was picked up by DoorDash and it showed as delivered. I let them know that I had not received my order and they told me I had to call DoorDash and work it out with them. I did an online order and when we went to pick it up we had to wait like 20 more minutes than expected. Also we ordered your new pizza melts 4 of them and they all but 1 were made wrong and all had like no cheese. I've tried and tried to call the store but it says closed every time even though it's during their open hours.
