Chat Chat Boba Inside Food Court - Orem

So yummy! There were a lot of orders but they were all delicious and correct!! My favorite boba place in the area :

They went the extra mile to ensure I’d like my drink and even gave a recommendation which I appreciated since I don’t know much about boba

I honestly don't like sugar drinks but my daughter does and I took her to grab a boba and when she asked me to try it, it was surprisingly good. I still didn't get my own but for a taste, it was Delicious!

They broke the cup they made my drink in, and resolved it by placing it in another empty cup and it broke completely and spilled all over my cup holder in the car. I called they hung up. Called again they hung

Sad. The boba was really chewy and under cooked, drink flavor was not strong enough and very processed sugar tasting. It’s basically just sugar water. They also refused to disclose what kind of milk they use. I asked for allergen info they said they can’t say or they will get fired but it’s not almond milk, cow milk, oat milk or soy milk. How comforting to not disclose your ingredients. Doesn’t sound FDA compliant to me..Dietary restrictions: They won’t give you allergen info or ingredient info
