Applebees Neighborhood Grill - Orem

I was looking for a mother-daughter experience. The food came quickly and was delicious. However, I wouldn’t recommend the shake.

I absolutely love this place! The staff and managers are incredibly friendly and always willing to help. During my last two visits, my server was Dylan, and he was fantastic. He is very knowledgeable and offered great recommendations when I was unsure about what to order. He suggested a chicken dish, which I don’t usually go for, but it was so delicious that I ended up ordering it again during my next visit!

I’m giving 5 stars to our server, Brady. What a fantastic guy! He was the best server I've ever had. He truly deserves a raise. He treated my group like family. When the new Mountain Dew flavor was released, he brought us a creative mix of Mountain Dew flavors with every refill to make up for it. We sincerely hope to have Brady as our server again in the future!

Tonight was our first visit to Applebee. The food was good. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, it was tasteful and juicy. It came with French fries, I don't like French fries, so I wasn't impressed, but my children loved the left overs I took home. My husband ordered a steak, Bourbon street I think it came with soothed mushrooms and onions and potatoes. His steak was perfectly cooked. It was tender enough that he could cut it with his fork... which was good because he didn't get a steak knife. We also have an appetizer, I don't remember the exact name, but it had boneless buffalo wings, Spinat Artichoke Di, Chips, Salsa, Mozzarella Sticks and chicken quesadillas. The chips and salsa were not the best, but everything else was delicious. The staff was super friendly. We sat right away.

BEV WAS THE MOST CARING, energetic, and sweet waitress I’ve ever had! Super caring! We need more people with her character! John was super awesome too! I’m sure the whole staff is great! Thank you for the great service!
