Baby Blue Woodfired Pizza - Oregon

We ordered two pizzas for dinner there. One was super burnt and the burnt taste took over the flavor. The other was slightly burnt but not as bad. The crust was a bit uneven too. I ended up only having one piece of mine, sadly. I tried getting past the burnt taste but couldn't. If it would have only been the crust, I could have just ditched the crust and eaten the rest of it. Some of the best vegan pizza I have ever had! I typically prefer to just get lots of veggies on marinara and crust, leave off the cheese since I really don’t care for most mass produced faux cheese. But this is different and it is seriously good. I have been a longtime vegetarian, but never thought I would be able to fully quit the cheese habit. Amazing! This is some seriously great vegan pizza. The crust is super thin and delicious and is charred perfectly.

This was absolutely delicious. Instead of dollaps of cheese on top of marinara the cheese base was on the bottom with puddles of a very very yummy marinara. The crust was out of this world in flavor and texture. Would absolutely recommend this vegan pizza.
