Mod Pizza - Oregon City

The pizza is quite tasty, but the wait time can be lengthy, and it sometimes takes a while for them to assist you with payment. I had to wait about 7-10 minutes at the payment counter while they were busy preparing online orders. Overall, the pizza is good, and the staff is friendly.

She didn’t seem very motivated as she worked at a sluggish pace. Behind her, a guy was baking pizzas and preparing boxes, but he wasn't very busy either. Did he offer to help her out? Of course not! I’m tired of standing around and being overlooked. There are plenty of other places where service is prioritized, and the food is just as good—if not better. They really need to get their act together!

I usually don't write negative reviews, but this experience was unbelievable! We've dined here many times without any issues, but today was a different story. People are waiting over 15 minutes just to pay after placing their orders. My online order is now 20 minutes overdue, and I'm still waiting with others ahead of me. The most frustrating part is the lack of urgency from the person in charge. Some customers have been sitting for nearly 30 minutes just waiting for their pizzas to go into the oven. I absolutely love the pizza and would give it 5 stars for taste and variety, but the service tonight is just unacceptable. It's so chaotic that I've been waiting for 30 minutes while one woman at the counter has her pizza ready before she’s even paid for it!

For a corporate chain restaurant, I love the customizing of your own pizzas and the reasonable price. However, they have an unusual policy of serving online orders ahead of walk-in/ in-person customers. Friday night at 5 o’clock I had to wait 20 minutes watching them make computer orders before greeting me.

They made the order incorrectly, and when I called to request they correct the mistake and resend it, I was told I would have to pay the delivery fee again and wait at the back of the line! They offered to refund half the cost of the order, but not return the coupon I used to pay for the other half. I had already waited far longer than the amount of time the order was supposed to arrive. All around highly disappointing experience find a place that values their customer's experience. This place really doesnt.
