Adelina's Mexican Food - Oregon City

Wow, I just had a tamale and I'm so glad I ordered two! They are absolutely amazing! I can't wait to try everything else on the menu—I’m officially hooked. Even though I wasn't particularly hungry, my love for tamales compelled me to grab a couple to go for dinner. I was not disappointed at all, and now I find myself wishing I had also ordered tacos, salsa, and more! I don’t live nearby, but I’m definitely going to make the effort to come back until I’ve tried everything!

To be honest, the food is decent—I'd give it a solid B for Oregon and a generous C for Southern California. However, the service was a complete failure. For four tacos, one sope, and chips with salsa, I paid $24.60. I only received three small containers of salsa, which wasn't enough for my meal, so I had to pay an extra $0.50 for each additional salsa. When I went to take my food to go, I wasn't given a bag, and when I dropped the salsa in front of the staff, they charged me another $2 for four more salsas, even after I had already tipped $5. Overall, this place is a total disappointment.

The service takes about ten minutes, and the food is excellent. If you’re a vegetarian, I highly recommend the veggie burrito or sopes. For non-vegetarians, the carne tacos are fantastic.

Came here for lunch and got a carnitas burrito. It was very tasty. Cost was $9. I left satiated but could still eat more, so I suppose it could always have been a bit bigger. I thought the meat was very lean not much in the way of grease or fat, which was nice. Staff were pleasant. Food was ready in about 10 minutes. I'd come back again.

Delicious little Mexican food stand. The menu is simple, so choices are somewhat limited, but as long as you’re not looking for anything particularly unusual, it has all the usual Mexican food items. We had an Al pastor burrito, street tacos, and a tamale. The staff was friendly and the delivery was super speedy. There are also many other food carts in that little area to choose from.
