Went in today at 5:15 p pizza was undercooked. Customer service is horrible. It wasn't busy. Although my tracker said pizza was ready for pick up I was told by store employees I had to wait 5 minutes. After waiting 15 min , another employee asked what my name was and found my order waiting on pick up rack. I asked how long it had been there and he could not provide an answer. HORRIBLE experience. Won't be back

This place is horrible. This is the 2nd time I have waited over 30 minutes before I came to pick it up and the order still wasn’t in the oven when I showed up.
