Everything was hot fresh and on time, could not ask for more

Eric Ryan was rude and extremely unprofessional with customers and staff.. His breath stank of alcohol and he clearly isn't cut out to be in this line of work. It's a much better experience without him there.

Great food and great service. Food was hot and fresh, service was friendly. This location is much better than it used to be.

We are so glad we have a Pizza Hut in Ord again. Everything has always been exceptional and the staff always goes above and beyond!

You made my wing order wrong, but you made another one and let me keep the mistake. You were very kind with me and my six-year-old daughter. A customer forgot part of their order and they immediately called them to let them know.
