Mcdonald's - Orchies

We went there this day around 2:30. Several tables were dirty to the right of the entrance. The fries were cold as were the two hamburger oxen, one of which was not assembled. The chicken burger was hot. The employee was very welcoming.

Why click and collect the service if it is so that we don't answer the phone indicated on the parking supposed to launch the order preparation. Results 10min lost wait on the phone without answer I return the restaurant to follow the process of an order take no interest in putting in place a service that you are not able to ensure This is a shame all the more because compared to other Macdonalds, service and burgers are there most of the time served quickly, good place and clean

Correct at the meal level but my tray was not cleaned from the previous customer.

It's not fun because mc do fan in general but really not top!!!!!! The comments below speak of themselves.
