Ricotta's Pizza Pasta Subs

The best pizza I ever had!!! I wish there was one in Webster, NY.

Ricotta's Pizza has amazing food and service! Our entire family (extended family included) loves this place. I myself am in the service industry and we appreciate everything you do. Go on! You have our support.

Cheeseburger saucers were kind of small, but the food was delicious. But if we picked up our online order, the employees seem to be burdened by our presence.

Customer service is dead. You own two stores with the same name, you'd probably state that when you answered the phone. Second when a customer comes in and asks how long for a sub to be prepared, you'd probably want to answer their question and not just make the sub without asking standard sub order questions i.e. lettuce, tomato, onion, oil, mayo, white, wheat or sesame etc. Then when said customer asks why you didn't ask said questions, you proceed to argue with them about their wanting the option to to choose what's on it.

My family and I have been ordering from the Ellicott location for as long as I can remember, having grown up right around the corner. I have felt that the quality has gone very, very downhill since changing management, which is very disappointing. it 's nothing like it was ten, fifteen, even twenty years ago. I usually avoid ordering anything here now but chose to order this evening and give it one more chance. ordered a small cheese and pepperoni pizza with extra cheese. somehow, there managed to be less cheese on this extra cheese pizza than most regular pizzas elsewhere. barely any sauce, very dry. pepperoni was thrown on so haphazardly, there were two slices with absolutely none. the pizza was cut so unevenly and burnt all over. absolutely unacceptable, total waste of money, especially for their price. don 't waste your time here, go into town and go to papaceno 's.
