Les Terrasses Du Lac Blanc - Orbey

It's just a shame. Such a great location with so much potential at 1100m altitude. But unfortunately the furnishings of the rooms and the management of the hotel are very bad. Panorama room: • Wall rotted at the windows • Entire room drafty • Heating in the bathroom is defective and therefore ice cold 0° outside temperature • Broken toilet seat • Toilet paper with a maximum of 2 layers you can almost see through it • Room door lock broken • Cooking area thrown together wildly but ok • no kettle in the room • Pans were unusable, completely scratched • no dishwashing liquid in the room • no cell phone reception in the entire ! room • !!! Flies in the room and new ones keep appearing! and they didn't come from outside, January -0° • dead flies on walls and ceiling • WiFi reception only ! 30cm in front of the room entrance door • Sleeping comfort is zero mattress • Food in the hotel restaurant was at best ok • Breakfast terrible especially the coffee • At night the lighting on the entire site was switched off. There was no lighting anywhere in the area and it was pitch black. The entrance hall was also unlit and unoccupied. The entrance was open and accessible to everyone at any time. • The reception was never manned • All furniture and equipment was old-fashioned The operator was actually quite nice in his own special way. Overall, you get the feeling in the hotel that radical savings are being made on everything. This makes it quite uncomfortable and you don't feel comfortable. The surroundings are beautiful. Unfortunately, the massive potential of this building is not being utilized at all. That's really a pity. Rooms: Stale. Heating in the bathroom broken, entrance lock broken, toilet seat broken. Not comfortable. Safety: At night, the outdoor area and the entire entrance area in the building are unlit and deserted. Nevertheless, the doors are open. Food drinks: Coffee at breakfast totally watery. Breakfast generally very economical. 1 croissant and 1 mini roll per person jam. Some sausage and cheese and 1 yogurt. Dinner is reminiscent of mediocre canteen food. Probably just warmed up.

Well received, well served at a reasonable price. The place is pleasant and well equipped. Only the restaurant room was used. Service: 4 Location: 4

We were superbly welcomed and above all the owner showed an availability which arouses emotion and all our gratitude. We had dinner in the evening in the restaurant where a very good meal was served to us with kindness and smiles. I highly recommend this establishment and thank the owner again for the memories that will remain engraved in our memories. I do not understand certain reviews which mistreat the owner of this establishment. Rooms: 5
