La Parrina - ORBETELLO

Food is good, but the customer care was really appalling. I ordered just a main course and waited 1 hour and 15 minutes before seeing my plate on the table. I had my 2 years old son with me and didn’t want to stay until late, so when I understood that there was a delay I asked the staff what was happening. They told me that it was almost ready, but I had to wait another 30 minutes. When I asked again about my food I was treated as I was an annoying customer who wasn’t able to wait 5 minutes for her order. It’s a shame because the place is lovely, but customer care is absolutely terrible.

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di provare alcuni dei loro prodotti, vi consiglio di provare il Guttus (molto saporito) non resterete delusi!! Inoltre sono super gentili e disponibili, in particolare Maurizio! Consiglio vivamente questo posto!!

Family lunch, very good parrot of tomato, we ordered a coast cooked to perfection. very nice place and visit out. recommended.
