Fresh fish prepared sublimely. experience to try
I was there a year ago, but reading the other reviews I see things haven't changed much, so I share my experience. the place is very squalid is little more than a parking lot. we ate, with view to clean on the ground, dog turning around and mosquitoes not to end. we read the contrasting comments on this position, but we still wanted to try. the chef proposed us the degotation of appetizers, but we wanted spaghetti to the drain and we had to insist on having them. In the end, a year later I still remember them for what they were good. Maybe the best I've ever had. really unique. the chef quite present (also because we were only two tables occupied,) definitely a particular type but never unpleasant with us and always kind. the real fault is the absence of a menu and the fact that you do not know how much you will spend until the account arrives. In the end, a bit of the position that asks you but where I ended up, a little bit of the fear of mail on the account, they ruined the experience a bit. at the end anyway, two gorges of appetizer offered (very good,) 2 before, 1 wine and 1 water we spent 70€. It's not cheap, but it's okay. If there were more transparency (i.e. a menu with prices,) I would definitely return.
I went to this restaurant as a result of positive reviews, I can say the excellent food very refined, the chef gianni feels as he speaks that he loves his work unseenly and does it with the heart and soul you understand it from how he presents the dishes! And so far, everything's fine! But I put 4 stars and not 5 for the only neo in my humble opinion the fact that there is no menu and you have to rely on the chef and his presentation! I repeat to me it went well the reviews are needed to know where you go, and a advice I would give to the chef and that there are people who would like to know first the price of the courses! even if they are exquisitely good. I'll come back anyway.
Food honestly cannot be questioned. all fresh and in the case of vegetables and similar also to km 0. for some ingredients I found flavors never tried before. certainly remains the fact that there is no menu and no indications are given about the price. Did I spend so much or little? Depends... if I look at the uniqueness of what I ate, both for originality and quality, I'd say it can be. I can't give the max for the fact that the offer is not clear and transparent, but the food would deserve all of them.
