Water's Edge Restaurant Bar

Water’s edge was the first dinner in aruba and we have chosen here to celebrate the first night of our slum week. we choose one of the tables in the sand and it was really brilliant to take off our flip-flops and to dig our feet in the sand, as we are happy hour expensive drinks and start eating. the drinks were delicious and less than 6 mice per piece. the cesar salat was very crisp and fresh and the escargot was brilliant. we both loved the ahi tuna and island apricot glazed huh. we thought the coconut fish was the best of all time (including nice custom warm caramel message written to us in dessert.) our server shaira was so friendly and attentive. she was always close without floating. she checked several times during each cure and made the first night of our slum week extremely special. at the end, the owner, roy personally came out to congratulate us and gave us a bottle of champagne to take home with us. truly an unforgettable first night of the great eating observe the sunset. also the live saxophone serenade was great.

The french onion soup was AMAZING!!!!! Two for one drink specials. Melina was hustling due to how busy they were. What a great find on the beach

Fresh Mahi Mahi was outstanding , Friendly Staff and I loved the Coconut Flan !
