Contribuiți la feedbackThis particular Wendy's location is the worst I have ever experienced. It has completely changed my opinion of Wendy's as a whole. The cleanliness of the restaurant is abysmal, with the restroom covered in urine and appearing as though it has not been cleaned in quite some time. It seems as though employees may be tracking the mess from the restroom into the kitchen, which is unsanitary. The tables were dirty, the floor was greasy, and there was food on the ground. To make matters worse, there was an earwig crawling out of the baby chair when my child was sitting in it. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with this Wendy's and have no plans of returning. I wish I had known about the poor conditions sooner so that we could have avoided dining here altogether.
Whoever owns this franchise is a hustler and a shyster. Items are not made to corporate Wendy's standard and subpar items are interchanged to increase profits. How do you pack a burger with no patty? Poor comprehension of English language is also an issue resulting in wrong orders. I don't blame the staff. Management and ownership at this location need to be addressed by corporate.
I just wanted to take the time to write a review about an incident that occurred at this Wendy’s location. I have to say before this incident I use to go to Wendy’s often to purchase meals, lemonades and salads. All the time !! Since the incident I have not stepped foot in that Wendy’s nor have I ate Wendy’s since then. This goes for myself and my family !Going back to January 28 2021, I was 4.5 months pregnant and my spouse and I wanted something to eat. He decided he wanted Wendy’s. He went through the drive thru and came back with one of theirs value meals. I will attach photos He brought the food inside and I decided to try some fries , at this point he opened the burger and just bit right into a few times maybe 2 . I then asked him for a bite , as I was about to bit into the burger I noticed that there was blood in it. So I yelled. “It’s raw”.when we opened the burger the patty looked raw , **** and uncooked. Thank God I didn’t bite into it as I was pregnant !!!!! The same week my spouse was having abdominal pains, vomiting and trouble going to the washroom! He had to go to the hospital for his pain. I decided to call the store to speak with the Manager to explain what occurred. She took about 2 weeks to call back. When we spoke , she basically called me a liar, stating that the meat cannot be raw because they cook everything before selling. She was very rude. At the end of it she offered me a free meal for all the trouble. I declined and ask to speak with head office. I called head office until I was exhausted. When I called the head office I spoke with the reps, they stating they will make notes, each time I called I had to explain the matter no notes was taken!?! No one ever got back to me. My spouse had to go to the hospital because of this and no one care. Nothing was done about it. No follow up nothing. It’s been 2.5 years and still nothing. I just want everyone to know how they treat their customers. We have not eaten Wendy’s since. I am extremely disappointed with the service of the manager and the people in the head office for not taking this matter serious.
My fries were hot and fresh. I ordered a hamburger but they only sell cheeseburgers, so paid for a cheeseburger without cheese. No credit is given for removal, just upcharges when adding. The bathroom was very dirty and no soap could be found. I hope the staff have soap in their bathroom.
Went to the drive-thru at approximately 8:00 was told it would be a minute before my order could be taken while it was almost 5 minutes.. I couldn't even understand what the person was saying.. So I placed my order and pulled up to the window anyways.. she said something again which I could not understand and put the debit machine out the window well how did she know I was paying by debit.. she gave me my frosty and I waited approximately 2 minutes for the fries..I looked in the bag no ketchup so I asked for ketchup.. I wondered how I was to eat the frosty with no straw or spoon so I had to ask for a spoon... There were no napkins in the bag so I had to ask for napkins... And lastly there was no receipt in the bag so I had to ask for my receipt... So that's four things that I had to ask for that I shouldn't have had to ask for..Perhaps this employee was going through training or something but if she was and perhaps whoever was training her should go through trainingA simple thank you for my order would have helped a bit but I didn't even get that... At least I got hot fresh fries... This is by far the worst encounter I've ever had at Wendy's...
